When Negativity Becomes the Default
We often don’t realize that the majority of our thoughts are negative. Without conscious awareness, we fall into patterns of fear, doubt, and scarcity.
When we focus on fear and lack, we attract more anxiety and stress.
But when we shift our focus to wholeness and love, we align with a flow state—one where abundance, peace, and joy naturally find us.
We’re All Creating an Abundance of Something
The question is: What kind of abundance are we attracting?
If we’re not intentional, we might be attracting an abundance of what we don’t want—more stress, more pain, more limitations.
Every negative emotion—from jealousy to guilt—is a form of internal pain. Often, it’s self-created, born from thoughts that are stuck on repeat.
Your Mind and Body Are Connected
When you think a thought, your brain releases chemicals that create a feeling in your body. Over time, you can become addicted to those emotional states—even if they’re harmful.
This means it’s entirely possible to become addicted to a life of stress, lack, or self-doubt.
The Limiting Beliefs That Hold Us Back
Many of these patterns begin in childhood.
We carry limiting beliefs like:
I’m not good enough.
I’m not smart enough.
I’ll never be successful.
Most of the time, we don’t even realize these beliefs are running the show. But they are—until we consciously choose to rewrite the script.
